How long does it take to switch?
Timing depends on the information you bring across. You can import clients and services from CSV files and appointments from an .ics calendar file; the information is reviewed before import.
Is there a minimum term?
There is no minimum term or monthly software subscription for the base service. The merchant terms still apply, and accepted bookings must be honoured when an account is closed.
How much does it really cost?
There is no monthly software subscription for the base service. Platform fees depend on the booking channel and payment method. One tablet and one terminal are included with your account. The pricing page has the current breakdown.
Do you charge a fee on each payment?
Not on every payment. The fee depends on the channel and payment method. Cash, gift voucher, credit and bank-transfer payments do not carry a platform fee.
Can I keep my current website?
Yes. Share your Glow Up booking link or add a booking button to your website. The button opens your public booking page.
Is my client data really mine?
Your establishment controls its client file and service history. You can export the client list as CSV. Glow Up does not sell or rent this data for third-party marketing; necessary service providers are listed in the legal documentation.
What if I have multiple locations?
Establishments in the same organisation can keep their own settings and opening hours, and you can switch between them in Manager.
