Online payments

This cost is included in the Glow Up fee. Online, the client covers the fee by default. At the terminal, the establishment always covers it.

  • Standard EEA card: 1,5% + €0.25
  • Bancontact: €0.35

Terminal payments

This cost is included in the Glow Up fee. Online, the client covers the fee by default. At the terminal, the establishment always covers it.

  • Standard EEA card: 1,4% + €0.10
  • Bancontact: 1,4% + €0.10

How these rates fit your Glow Up fee

This table isolates the payment-provider cost. Glow Up includes that cost in the per-payment rate: it is never deducted a second time from your payout.
