How LocalFlow works
- Matched to a standard service: Each menu line is mapped to a comparable service, so a "signature cut" and a "haircut" are counted together.
- Grouped by area: We compare places around the city centre and widen the area when the sample is too small.
- Median and usual range: The median is the middle price. The usual range covers the middle half of the market, from first to third quartile.
Keep your whole menu in one place
Once you have chosen a price, set it in your Glow Up service catalogue, with every service, price and duration of your menu.
Questions about LocalFlow
Does the median mean this is the right price?
No. It says where the market sits, not what your business needs to charge. Check that the service covers your time and costs first.
Why does the area widen in smaller cities?
We do not publish a median from a thin sample. When the city centre does not have enough businesses offering a comparable service, the area grows to the region or to Belgium, and the result always says so.
Why are some service and city combinations unavailable?
We do not have enough comparable prices for that service in that area yet. Withholding a weak result is more useful than showing false precision.
